Spring Food Ideas

So springtime came pretty fast huh? Well, we’re just in time. Let us come up with three top dishes that can make your spring even more special. Most of these are healthy meals, but you can tailor them to your liking. Enjoy!

1.Nutella Toast with Strawberries

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Bowl of strawberries
  • 4 Pieces of toast
  • Nutella
  • Powdered Sugar

Steps to make it:

  1. This is actually very simple to make and only takes a few steps. You first want to start by using a cutting board or counter to cut your strawberries in half. You can choose however many strawberries you want to include in your dish.
  2. Toast 4 pieces of toast in your toaster.
  3. Once toasted, spread nutella on the toast and create 2 sandwiches.
  4. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on the plate, especially on the toast and strawberries and voila.

2.Berry-Fruit Bowl

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Bananas
  • Yogurt(of choice)
  • Almonds
  • Other fruit or anything else you would like to add

Steps to make it:

  1. There is no cooking involved in this, simply have a bowl and mix everything together.
  2. Take a spoonful of yogurt and dump it in the bowl, and perhaps add another spoonful if you would like to add some more.
  3. Cut a banana in several pieces, as depicted in the picture, and place them in the bowl.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients you would like to use such as the sunflower seeds, raspberries, blueberries, and almonds.

3.Brownie Kebab

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Brownies
  • Marshmallows

Steps to make it:

  1. Make sure you have a few kebab sticks to add the fruit, brownies, and marshmallows on.
  2. You can either bake the brownies or buy ready-made brownies(although I’d recommend make your own because nothing’s better than home-made food), and cut the brownies in medium sized cubes.
  3. Simply follow a pattern, such as the one indicated in the picture. For example, put two blueberries, then one strawberry, then one brownie, then two blueberries,  then one marshmallow, then one brownie, and back again from the start.
